They came to the house to give an estimate and it was easy. I received phone calls and text along to way to keep updated on the progress. Tyrel, our sales person was very friendly and accommodating. He didn’t rush our decision and provided many options to help fit our budget. The installers were professional and courteous. They cleaned up when finished and kept us updated on their progress during this two-day project. We are planning to have Phase 2 of our window replacements next year.

Everything was top notch from beginning to end. Every person that works for renewal from the salesman to the tech to the installers were down to earth and fun and great at their jobs. The windows have made such a difference in our house this summer.

Windows showed up earlier than expected. Micah and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They finished 90% of the windows the first day. Would have had them all in but the old ones were causing problems and they need to do things a little different. They showed up the next morning and had the last two installed and all of them trimmed out and done in a couple of hours. The whole crew was very courteous and professional during this interaction. Would recommend this company and this crew to anyone.
